Furniture trade-in for new sales

The reporter learned from the Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce on the 27th that from November 1st to November 25th, the five pilot sales enterprises in the city sold 18,584 pieces of old-for-new furniture, and the old-for-new sales amount was 106 million yuan. Trade-in sales accounted for 24.2% of the total sales of similar furniture.

On November 24th and 25th, the 4th weekend since the pilot of the old-for-new model, 4200 pieces of old-for-new sales were sold on two days, with a sales amount of 23.8789 million yuan. The old-for-new sales accounted for 27.8% of the total sales of similar furniture, two days earlier than last weekend. They increased by 34%, 35% and 2.6 percentage points respectively. In particular, on November 25, 2,376 pieces of old-for-new sales were sold, with a sales amount of 13.76.62 million yuan. Old-for-new sales accounted for 28.5% of the total sales of similar furniture, and a new one-day sales record after the previous week.
