(1) Just cut the self-adhesive paper, it is best to dry for a while, dry the adhesive at the cut, and then print on the machine.
(2) When using a paper cutter to cut the paper, it is best to cut the paper to a standard.
(3) After the paper is cut, the glue in the self-adhesive paper interlayer will be squeezed out and stick to the edge of the paper, and the overflowing glue must be removed, otherwise double sheets will easily appear during printing, and even the paper will not be fed , Which affects overprinting.
(4) If you are in a hurry to print, you can use talc powder to spread on the cut of the self-adhesive paper to make the glue dry.
(5) If you use self-adhesive paper, the paper can not reach the front regulation, you need to lower the feed roller, extend the paper feeding time of the feed roller, so that the paper reaches the front regulation, and realize normal paper printing.
(6) After printing for a period of time, it is necessary to wipe off the glue under the side pull gauge, gripper, and pressure plate, wipe it off with alcohol, and then continue printing.
(7) Since the self-adhesive paper itself is a two-layer paper, plus the interlayer contains a layer of glue, it is a bit heavier than the paper with the same number of grams. When printing thick adhesive paper, it is necessary to increase the gap between the pressure plate and the platen roller to ensure that the paper runs normally.

When printing different stickers, different amounts of water and ink are required, and special attention should be paid to maintaining the balance of water and ink during operation.
