Ampere-type Salmonella microsensor for electrochemically polymerizing antibody fixed with pyrrole-doped protein A

Based on the electrochemical polymerization, a new method of co-polymerizing staphylococcal protein A and pyrrole on the electrode surface is used to design the sensor interface, which is combined with a two-electrode system prepared by micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS) technology. A new type of amperometric immunomicrosensor that uses electropolymerization to introduce protein A to immobilize antibodies and improve detection performance is applied to the detection of Salmonella typhimurium (S. typhi).
