A3. Yes, we are manufacturer/factory, have almost 10 years experience.

Q4. What about the warranty of the products?
A4. We can provide at least 2 years(under normal use).

A5.Our furniture manufacturing system is ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 accredited, the furnitures are

A6. 1).Regular products sample fee is double price of quotation. 50%sample cost can be refunded to you after contract confirmed, the delivery cost paid by you.
       2).For customized sample, we will quote in separated according to the actual product design.

Q7. What is the MOA for one order?
A7. We require minimum order amount should be at least 2000USD.

Q8. Can you accept OEM or ODM orders?
A8. Yes, we can. Customized orders are also welcomed.

Q9. Delivery time?
A9.  15~20 days for 1*20GP after 30% deposit received.

Q10. How much will the shipping charges be?
A10. It will depends on the shipment size of your order(LCL / 1x20GP / 1x40GP / 1x40HQ) and your destination port and shipping way( by sea or by air).
