2. Expression according to corrosion rate: Standards using this method are ASTM B537-1970 "Standard Practice for Rating of Electroplated Panels Subjected to Atmospheric Exposure" and the like. In this method, 5×5 (mm) is used as a small square, and the main surface of the sample is divided into a plurality of small squares to calculate the corrosion rate of the sample.
Third, according to the weight increase and decrease statement: This method is based on the corrosion of the sample will change the weight of the sample, weighing the sample before and after the test weight change, divided into weight loss method and weight gain method. The two methods used are usually flat samples.
4. Describe the degree of corrosion according to experience: This method is based on actual work experience to classify the corrosion degree of the sample after the salt spray test, which is a very rough expression method. The following statements are usually used: very severe corrosion, severe corrosion, moderate corrosion, mild corrosion, very slight corrosion, good appearance, etc.
V. According to the characteristics of corrosives: This method is based on the appearance characteristics of corrosives after salt spray test. The standards adopted by this method are: JB4159-1999 "General Technical Requirements for Tropical Electrical Products"; GJB4. 11-1983 "Salt Fog Test for Marine Electronic Equipment Environmental Test"; GB/T4288-2003 "Household Electric Washing Machine", etc.
