2.1 Basic requirements:

If the foundation is sinking or extremely uneven, and there are too many broken cracks, it is recommended to lay the leveling foundation again with asphalt concrete (>40mm thick) or cement concrete (>50mm thick).

2.2 Basic processing:

3.2 Basic processing:

Second, silicon PU material construction

(elastic layer → surface → scribing)

1, elastic layer:

The elastic layer should be carefully inspected before construction to ensure that the elastic layer is applied after the basic treatment is completed. The elastic layer (YF-002) is a one-component water-absorbent curing material and is directly applied to the base surface with a squeegee. The thickness of each squeegee cannot exceed 2mm, each squeegee interval is determined by the previous dryness (usually about 12 hours, depending on the weather conditions on site) until the required thickness is reached. Construction should be avoided under high temperature and in the sun. After construction, it should be kept for 2 to 3 hours without violent sunlight. Otherwise, surface blisters may be caused by surface forming too quickly. After the elastic layer is solidified, the surface flatness is tested by the stagnant water method, and the accumulated water is repaired and flattened with YF-002. If there is any debris or accumulation on the surface, the surface layer construction can only be carried out with a grinding machine or other tools.

2, surface layer:

The surface layer (YF-004) is a two-component waterborne material. The two components must be mixed thoroughly and in a specified ratio (otherwise it will affect the curing effect of the surface layer and directly affect the performance of the surface layer). Add a certain proportion of special sand Diluted with water to the appropriate viscosity, divided into multiple layers on the elastic layer. The lowest temperature is lower than 5°C. It is not suitable for construction. After the construction, the water is soaked for 10 hours. The construction method can be sprayed, troweled or roller coated.

4, crossed:

Measure according to the standard size, mark the position of the boundary line, and apply masking paper on both sides of the boundary line. Apply special marking paint (YF-005) on the textured paper. After the surface is dry, tear off the textured paper. . YF-005 is a two-component material. It is necessary to mix the A and B components in the prescribed proportions and mix them in two passes. If the surface of the court is a rough surface, the first channel can be coated with 20% of special surface sand to prevent seepage.

5, matters needing attention:

5.1 When mixing materials, it must be weighed accurately and evenly.

5.2 The use of any auxiliary materials must be tested before construction to confirm that there is no problem before use.

5.3 The entire construction process The surface must be kept clean before each procedure.

5.4 The interval between each process should not be too long, so as not to affect the bond strength between layers.

5.5 Before finishing the construction, it is necessary to polish the elastic layer as a whole.

5.6 Indoor venues must ensure good ventilation.

5.7 It should be kept for more than 7 days after the site is laid.

Silicon PU construction common problems and solutions:

1. Cement base surface has low surface strength (turning sand): The powdered layer on the surface is cleaned with hydrochloric acid, dried and then penetrated into the foundation with a larger amount of primer (YF-101) to reinforce the base surface. The dosage depends on the basic situation, and it is required that the surface color of the base surface be changed to a wet color after drying.

2. Basic repair: Apply a thin coat of YF-002 to the water, then mix the base coat (YF-101) with 40 to 80 mesh sand and mix it evenly by 1:6 (weight ratio). Spread it evenly in the depression and Compaction.

3, YF-002 curing time is long: The reason is that the climate is dry, the temperature is low, resulting in slow curing. It is possible to add 3 to 5 ‰ (material weight ratio) of water to dilute together to accelerate the solidification of the material.

4, surface floating color: generally occurs in the composite color material, because the dilution of the material when the water is too much to make the material no consistency, the surface dry time is too long, resulting in a lighter pigment floating surface. Water should be added as little as possible without affecting the construction.

5, the surface layer is not wear-resistant or low strength: reasons 1) B component is insufficient or uneven mixing; 2) dry time is too long (more than 6 hours); 3) temperature is too low (below 10 °C); The coating is too thick at one time (the amount is more than 0.2kg/m2); 4) The components A and B can't be constructed in time after being mixed, and the storage time is too long. The materials shall be formulated according to the proportion of A and B components strictly. The surface layer shall be applied under the conditions of a temperature greater than 10°C and a humidity of less than 85%, and each squeegee (spray) shall be controlled to less than 0.2 kg/m2.

6. Bubbling after construction: Causes 1) The pickling of the basic treatment is not enough, and the powdered layer is not clean; 2) The surface strength of the foundation is low and the primer is insufficient; 3) The basic drying is not enough and the water content is too high. Treatment method: cut off the blisters, powdered layer of polished layer of powder off, coated with a primer after the repair; base surface strength is insufficient to apply primer after penetration reinforcement; after the base dry enough to dry Fix it.

7. Cracking of temperature joints after construction: Causes 1) Basic fracture caused by foundation settlement deformation; 2) Insufficient temperature joint treatment leads to insufficient buffering for thermal expansion and contraction deformation of the foundation. Temperature seam treatment must be strictly in accordance with the requirements of the construction guidelines. The settlement and fracture of the foundation can only be dealt with after the foundation settlement has stabilized.
