At present, China's annual sales of corrugated packaging have accounted for about 15% of the total sales of the entire corrugated industry, and can produce more than 30 varieties of corrugated packaging materials in six categories, which have basically met the needs of the domestic pharmaceutical industry. However, in developed countries, corrugated packaging accounts for 30% of the value of corrugated products, while China accounts for less than 10%. Prior to 2010, most Russian manufacturers were producing plastic plates. However, in recent years, many manufacturers have changed their production of cardboard, making the market share of cardboard significantly increased. In particular, the corrugated paper industry is growing at a rate of 15%-20% per year, making it the best growing industry for the Russian paper packaging industry.
Through various data, we can see that the corrugated paper industry has successfully escaped the impact of the global economic crisis and has recovered to the pre-crisis level. However, since 2010, it has been in a plight of raw material shortages, especially the lack of "affordable materials," and as time passes, the situation is getting worse.
