Many food sampling inspection problems in Shaanxi

Among them, a total of 28 batches of mung bean cake products and dumplings products produced by 21 companies were sampled in the traditional food of the Dragon Boat Festival, and all the products passed the inspection. In addition, two batches of edible alcohol, 20 batches of cosmetics produced by 19 companies, the pass rate is 100%.

This time, 590 batches of samples from 8 categories of 485 companies were sampled and 540 batches of samples passed inspection. Among them, the physical quality of dairy products, fried cakes, and dried noodles samples were all qualified, and the unqualified items were labels. A total of 305 batches of samples from 285 companies were sampled for drinking water in bottles (barrels), and 281 batches were tested for physical quality. The total number of colonies, yeasts, molds, electrical conductivity, and potassium permanganate consumption were found to be unqualified. And labels and so on. Honey sampled 24 batches of samples produced by 20 companies, and 23 batches passed the inspection of physical quality. The unqualified items involved labels, nutrition labels, and infiltration of yeast. A total of 21 batches of samples produced by 16 companies were sampled for frozen drinks. 15 batches passed the test and the unqualified items involved coliforms, sodium cyclamate, carbohydrates, labels, and nutrition labels. A total of 12 batches of food additive products produced by 10 companies were spot-checked for food additives. 11 batches of the food products that passed the inspection were qualified, and the unqualified items involved in tea polyphenol content and labeling. A total of 14 batches of plastic woven bags for food produced by 8 companies were sampled in plastic textile bags for food use. The spot checks met all the requirements of the standard. The unqualified items involved tensile loads and evaporation residues.

In order to further strengthen the quantitative supervision and management of quantitatively packaged goods, the Shaanxi Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau has ordered the enterprises that failed the inspection to be rectified within a limited time, and has been intensively trained. The unqualified enterprises have undergone further supervision and inspection, and announced the results of the re-inspection.
