Construction process:

Precautions:

3. The dry film thickness of each layer is 0.13-0.15mm. The total thickness of the decontamination grade coating is 0.25-0.30mm, the total thickness of the containment grade coating is 0.5-0.6mm, and the total thickness of the glass fiber grade coating is 0.8mm.

4, dry film thickness measurement according to the following items:

(1) Take two independent ones for every 100m2 of the area to be measured, and calculate the mean value of each point three times;

(2) The average of 2 points shall not be less than the specified minimum thickness (ie 0.25mm for the decontamination grade, 0.50mm for the containment grade, 0.80mm for the glass fibre grade).

(3) The minimum value of the thickness of each point measured per 100 m2 shall not be less than 80% of the specified thickness (ie, the decontamination class shall be 0.20 mm, the containment class shall be 0.40 mm, and the glass fiber class shall be 0.64 mm.)

5. Take one test point per 250m2 as required to perform the bond strength test. The minimum bond strength is 700KPa.

6. The personnel engaged in epoxy resin construction must be trained to meet the skill standards and pass the examination before being able to carry out the construction.
