The invention relates to a post-printing post-treatment process of a plastic film print, which comprises two processes of catalysis and cleaning. The catalytic process is to catalyze the reaction of a plastic film printed with a pattern letter in a high-temperature environment so that the color material is in a molecular state. Printed on plastic film chain molecular structure; cleaning process includes cleaning solution cleaning. Roller brush cleaning, diluted cleaning solution cleaning. Clean water, wind clear water droplets on the membrane surface and hot air drying will remove the ink residue from the plastic film. The post-printing post-treatment process of the present invention not only enables the printed pattern characters to be firmly attached to the plastic film but also leaves no ink, residual solvent, and heavy metal on the surface of the plastic film. At the same time, it has excellent corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and UV resistance, and it does not discolor or fade, making it a promising application in the fields of packaging logo decoration, anti-counterfeiting and other fields.
