Check the first color group proofs, the upper word, black line, flat screen, etc. from the mouth to the tip no ghost phenomenon. So exclude such factors.
2. The reason may be that the rules of the plate cylinder are aged, locked, and the plate cylinder moves axially or circumferentially. Check the printed products, the registration of the rules is accurate. It can also exclude the possibility of ghosting caused by the movement of the plate cylinder.
3. The rubber roller may be turbulent. The circumference of the rubber roller is measured with a dial indicator. The jitter value is 0.02 mm. Normal. When measuring the axial direction, the turbulence of the rubber roller is found to reach 0.8 mm. It seems that the problem is here.
Solution: Open the protective cover of the printing machine operation surface, take off the spring piece on the shaft head, check the thrust bearing outside the shaft sleeve, there is no damage; remove the shaft sleeve to continue checking, and find that the sleeve thrust bearing has been ground. Replace the new bearing, test machine inspection, rubber roller axial turbulence returned to normal, print ghost disappeared.
Recommendation: Do not over-tighten when installing the shaft spring while sleeping, otherwise it will accelerate the wear of the inner and outer bearings of the shaft sleeve. (Finish)
