Take the manual rupture machine; in the case of ensuring that there is no problem with glycerin and the whole equipment before the test, the first sample is placed in the pressure plate, and the upper pressure plate is manually pressed to press the upper pressure plate. If the sample is broken, the right hand should release the pressure rod, that is, push the pressure rod to the right. It takes two to three seconds to loosen the pressure rod at the moment of breaking the sample. If the pressure is not released, it is easy to break the rubber mold, so this part must pay attention.
1. What if the rubber mold is broken during the operation?
If there is a situation in which the rubber mold is broken, it is not as good as we think of replacing the rubber mold with new ones. This is wrong. Because when the rubber mold is broken, the glycerin system may enter the air, so the value of the test is not accurate, and the rubber mold is always concave. Normally, the rubber mold must be bulged, and the hand is pressed. It is recessed and returns to its original position when the hand is released.
2. How to deal with the air entering the glycerin? How can I discharge the air inside the glycerin system?
First start the test machine, grab the presser bar with your right hand, pressurize the test machine, and observe the degree of the rubber mold bulging. When the rubber mold is bulged to a certain height, that is, the rubber mold is bulged higher than the lower pressure plate. When the centimeters is high, the left hand presses the stop button, the right hand cannot release the pressure lever. After pressing the stop button, the left hand releases the screw on the oil cup, and the screw is taken out, then the start button is pressed and the right hand is released. When the equipment is venting air, it can also be seen that the glycerin in the oil cup is also falling.
3. If the rubber mold is not bulged after the above operation, what should we do?
If the rubber mold still fails to bulge after the operation is completed, repeat the operation as many times as above. However, please remember to turn the screw back when venting the air inside the glycerin, otherwise the glycerin in the oil cup will be discharged together.
