How to use the drying oven

1. Use environment requirements:

a) Temperature: 5 to 40°C

b) Relative humidity: ≤85%RH

c) Power supply voltage: AC220V±10%50Hz

d) No strong vibration and corrosive gas influence around

2. Vacuum debugging:

a) Close the door and close the door handle tightly, close the air release valve (twist the hole in the rubber plug and the hole in the air release valve by 90°) and open the vacuum valve (rotate 90° counterclockwise). One use may have a tight vacuum valve switch that can be rotated with force.

b) Connect the vacuum drying box exhaust pipe (outer diameter: Φ16mm) and the vacuum pump (2XZ-2 type, air intake outside diameter Φ16mm) with a random fitting vacuum connection pipe (inner diameter: Φ16mm wall thickness: 10mm) (types 6090 and 6210) Connected). Turn on the vacuum pump power and start pumping. When the indicated value of the vacuum gauge reaches -0.1Mpa, close the vacuum valve and then turn off the vacuum pump power to prevent the vacuum pump oil from flowing back into the working chamber. At this time, the inside of the vacuum box is in a vacuum state.

3. Drying box vacuum box debugging:

After commissioning the vacuum, you can do the following:

a) Turn on the vacuum box power supply, and the power indicator light should be on. The temperature controller is self-tested, the PV screen displays the temperature in the working chamber, and the SV screen displays the temperature set at the factory. The AT and HEAT lamps on the temperature controller should be on, indicating that the instrument has entered the warming working state.

b) Drying box to modify the set temperature

1. Press the temperature controller's function key (SET); after the PV screen displays the SP character, use the button to change the set temperature.

2. After the modification is completed, press the SET button again, the PV screen will display the ST character, and set the timer time.

If you do not use the timing function, still let its ST = 0

3. Press the SET button again to make the PV screen display the temperature of the studio and the SV screen to display the new set temperature. The meter AT and HEAT lights are on. At this time, the meter will re-enter the warming working state.

c) When the temperature in the working room approaches the set temperature, the HEAT lamp is bright or dark, indicating that the heating has entered the PID adjustment stage. The meter sometimes measures the temperature exceeding the set temperature. Sometimes the temperature is lower than the set temperature is normal. When the measured temperature is close to or equal to the set temperature, the chamber enters a constant temperature state after 1~2h, and the articles enter the drying stage.

d) When the required temperature is lower, the secondary setting mode can be used. For example, if the required working temperature is 70°C, the first setting is 60°C first, after the temperature overshoot starts to fall back, the second setting is 70°C. , This can reduce or even eliminate the temperature overshoot phenomenon, as soon as possible into the constant temperature state.

e) When the item is dry, turn off the power. If cooling is accelerated, open the bleed valve so that the vacuum is 0. Wait 5 minutes before opening the door.

4. If the humidity of the dried matter in the working chamber is high, the generated water vapor will affect the performance of the vacuum pump. It is recommended that a “dryer/filter” be cascaded between the drying oven and the vacuum pump.

5. If you need to add inert gas such as nitrogen during the drying process, specify in the contract that an intake valve be added.

If the vacuum pump is normal and meets the technical requirements and cannot be vacuumed, open the door and use the wrench in the product attachment to tighten the door buckle on the box and close it again to close the door. Drying box can not be used as an electric drying oven, because the studio is not in the vacuum state, the error between the measuring temperature and the actual temperature in the working room is great.)
