When a pile of material to be cut is clamped on the cutting machine, the upper part is always pressed tighter than the lower part. The upper part is usually subjected to excessive clamping force, because in theory, the entire compression area becomes smaller.
In this way, the accuracy of the cutting knife when cutting paper will be reduced. If you touch the cut paper stack at this time, you will easily feel the wavy texture. In short, excessive clamping pressure and height changes will form a certain pressure on the cutting knife. In extreme cases, the cutter may even break, because at this time the cutter will deviate from the area with excessive pressure to the front end. Therefore, at all times, it is necessary to ensure that the appropriate clamping pressure is selected to prevent the cutter from deviating due to excessive pressure.
