PDF practical guide: Acrobat 7.0Pro printing tool

1 Authorization-Acrobat 7 Professional users can authorize Acrobat Reader 7 users to have some ability to review PDF files. The other party does not need to invest in Acrobat. Need to use the free Acrobat Reader 7 to open the authorized PDF, he will see tips and approval tools, both parties You can review documents by email to speed up the work process. Trap Presets ─ Print Production Toolbar The first one on the left is Trap Presets. This function will be activated with one click. There is a preset by itself. The black border is 0.5pt and the other colors are 0.25pt. We can also freely set and store multiple different trap settings to meet the needs of different jobs.

Output Preview ─ The second one on the left side of the printing toolbar is the Output Preview. Here we can foresee how many color separations and spot colors the file has (Figure 3 shows that the file is printed in 4 colors). Ink Manager ─ It is responsible for defining the ink type (Type), ink density value, printing color sequence, etc., and the ink density value will affect the effect of trapping, so it cannot be set randomly. [next]

Convert Colors ─ It allows us to do some color conversion, can be CMYK to another CMYK color space, or RGB to CMYK. The photo in the example in Figure 5 is RGB color, and the other color blocks are CMYK color, so we can choose to maintain CMYK color, and the photo can convert RGB color to CMYK color through ICC features. ), But as long as it is not saved? Preflight ─ After starting the pre-inspection, let us choose the default inspection specification. Different from Acrobat 6, Acrobat 7 has optimized a lot, adding more preflight specifications, including PDF / X -1a and PDF / X -3, of course, and classifying the preflight specifications. Inspection specifications, and a group of young fonts are simplex pre-inspection specifications. Multi-tasking means that this specification will check the document from many aspects and single-worker means that it will only check one item.
