5. The use of UV curing ink
UV inks have a 100% solids content and do not contain solvents. The drying mechanism is to use UV light for photochemical curing. There is almost no physical solvent volatilization, which can avoid environmental pollution caused by ink drying.
6. Unique UV coating system
The system not only improves the gloss of the in-mold label and the surface decoration of the product, but also improves the wear resistance and temperature resistance of the in-mold label. 8. Complex post-processing system
Hot stamping, laminating, round die cutting, flat die cutting. Subsequent processing such as automatic paper collection makes the production of in-mold labels more automatic and continuous, effectively ensuring the timely completion of orders.
The flexographic printing machine is equipped with a cold hot stamping unit, which has the advantages of not requiring heating and fast hot stamping speed, especially capable of hot stamping that cannot be achieved by hot stamping. If improper application of key technologies such as UV glue and hot stamping film, it is difficult to ensure the clear edge of hot stamping graphics.
In-mold labeling technology
In-mold labels are made of composite plastic film coated with hot-melt adhesive as the substrate, and can be used for labeling of thermoformed containers such as blow molding and injection molding. The labeling process is: the robot picks up the in-mold label and places it in the mold. With the high temperature when the plastic melts, the adhesive on the back of the in-mold label is melted, so that the in-mold label and the container are integrated.
Because the in-mold label is integrated with the bottle body, and the chemical composition is the same, it can be recycled together, and the recycling rate is high, which reflects the environmental protection advantages of the in-mold label. The in-mold label is attached to the side of the container after labeling, which plays a role in strengthening the side wall of the container. The strength of the container is increased by 120%, and the consumption of blowing material is also reduced to a certain extent.
