The third common fault: obvious pinholes appear on the printed matter

If the small pinhole is large and appears in the same position on the print, check the image on the pad and intaglio. If needed, replace the pad and gravure.

Possible causes Solution:

The print head: The surface of the print head is damaged Replace the print head, or adjust the position of the print head so that the damaged part does not affect the printed image; the surface of the print head is too flat for a slightly sharper shift Print head; The hardness of the print head is not enough for a stiffer print head.

Corrosion gravure: improper operation or dust exposure, so that gravure corrosion is not ideal to re-plate.

Ink: The ink is too thick Add some thinner to the ink.

Substrate material: Ink is contaminated with silicone rubber or grease for new ink.
